Crockpot Raspberry Balsamic Pork

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup water, divided
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbl cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup Sonoma Harvest Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar (in store!)
  • 2 Tbl soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
Mix salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and sage. Rub over tenderloin. Place 1/2 cup water in crockpot, add tenderloin. Cook on low for 7 hours. Total cooking time will be 8 hours. Before last hour of cooking, mix balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in medium sauce pan and cook on medium until thickened, about 4 minutes. During last hour of cooking, brush roast with glaze 2-3 times. Serve with additional glaze on the side.
