Fried Bananas with Honey
- 1 banana, under-ripened with green tips
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Coconut or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Slice banana into 1/2 inch chunks. Heat preferred oil in skillet over medium heat. Place sliced bananas in skillet and heat on each side for 1-2 minutes. Meanwhile, mix honey with water. Remove skillet from heat and add honey water mixture. Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon. Eat as a snack, a topping for oatmeal or toast in the morning, or as a guilt-free, healthy dessert!
