Cupid‘s Berry Bark

  • 1 lb dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • Optional: sea salt to taste, and/or add some hemp or chia seeds!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Roast pecans 10-15 min, chop into small pieces, set aside. Chop dried cherries and dried strawberries into smaller pieces if desired. Chop chocolate into small pieces and melt in double boiler (or over low-medium heat in a saucepan) stirring constantly. Pour melted chocolate onto parchment paper and spread with spatula. Sprinkle on sea salt to taste if desired, then sprinkle on pecans, cherries, and strawberries. Apply pressure to toppings so they stick. Let cool completely then break into chunks and devour them all! Or share them with your Valentine…
