- 1 pkg Pure Country Pork uncured rustic or maple bacon (in store)
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (now in our bulk section!)
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil). Lay bacon pieces flat on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons brown sugar over bacon. Sprinkle all other dry ingredients on top of bacon. Sprinkle additional 3 tablespoons brown sugar on top and pat down. Cook 20-30 minutes until it has reached preferred level of crispness. Attempt to allow to cool slightly, then eat with waffles, pancakes, or french toast….unless they’re gone before then!
