Feb. 27 – Learn to make your own ravioli!

Homemade pasta is so much better than store-bought – come in and give it a try with Eva Baroni, who was raised in an Italian family and has been making pasta her whole life.  She has been teaching others how to make it for many many years and is well-known in the Tri-Cities as an excellent culinary instructor.  These are hands-on classes and attendees will take their products home with them.  Advance registration is required but don’t wait to sign up – class size is limited and these are sure to be popular classes!  It’s being held on a Saturday evening so you can make it a date night or a night out with your friends!

WHAT:       Making Pasta and Making Ravioli classes

WHEN:       Saturday, Feb. 20 – Making Pasta

                   Saturday, Feb. 27 – Making Ravioli

                   Both classes are from 6 to 8:30 pm.

COST:      Pasta making class (Feb. 20) is $20

                 Ravioli class (Feb. 27) is $25

WHERE:      Mid-Columbia Market (603 Goethals, Richland, just south of Lee Blvd)

WHO:      Open to the public but reservations are required (sign up at the Mid-Columbia Market)

SUPPLIES:      Everything will be provided but attendees should bring the following:

Feb. 20 – a tray or cookie sheet with parchment paper or a towel on which to bring pasta home for drying

Feb. 27 – a container to bring home a serving of ravioli

NOTE:  It is not necessary to take the basic pasta-making class before taking the ravioli-making class
